Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment of devices to UC Technology, Inc. d/b/a Gizmogo (“Gizmogo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with the use of our services. By initiating a transaction with Gizmogo and shipping a device, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. This Policy forms an integral part of, and is subject to, Gizmogo’s User Agreement.

1. Ownership and Legal Authority

By shipping a device to Gizmogo, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the device or have full legal authority from the owner to transfer possession and title. You further warrant that the device:

  • • Complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws;
  • • Is not counterfeit, stolen, or obtained through fraud or deception; and
  • • Is free from all liens, security interests, claims, encumbrances, and other legal or third-party restrictions.

2. Shipping Terms and Risk of Loss

Gizmogo provides prepaid ground shipping labels for the shipment of devices. All shipments are subject to FOB (Free on Board) Destination terms. This means that title and risk of loss remain with you until the device is delivered to and accepted by Gizmogo at its designated receiving facility.


If a device is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and you have not opted for insurance (as described in Section 3), Gizmogo assumes no liability for such loss or damage.

3. Insurance for High-Value Devices

For any device with a quoted value of $500 or more, Gizmogo offers the option to insure the shipment at no cost to the user. To obtain insured shipping:


  • • You must contact Gizmogo’s customer support team prior to shipping the device.
  • • Gizmogo will generate and provide a prepaid shipping label that includes insurance coverage.
  • • You must use the label provided by Gizmogo to ensure the shipment is covered.

Failure to request and use the insured label will result in the shipment being treated under standard FOB Destination terms, and Gizmogo shall not be liable for loss or damage during transit.

4. Inspection and Returns

All devices received by Gizmogo are subject to inspection to verify condition, ownership status, and consistency with the information you provided. Following inspection, Gizmogo may present a revised offer if the device's condition or specifications differ from what was originally described.


If you choose not to proceed with the revised offer, or if a return is otherwise requested or required, the device will be returned to you. Notification of the inspection results and return options will be provided via email.


Returned items will be shipped at no cost via ground shipping and under FOB Shipping Point terms, meaning risk of loss passes to you once the item is transferred to the carrier.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gizmogo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the shipment, inspection, or return of your device, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use.


Gizmogo is further not responsible for losses resulting from:


  • • Inaccurate shipping information provided by you;
  • • Failure to request insured shipping for high-value items;
  • • Use of shipping labels not issued by Gizmogo;
  • • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, transportation disruptions, strikes, or governmental actions.
