Frequently Asked Questions
How much is my 500 Million Limited Edition PS4 Pro worth?
Its value depends on the translucent shell, numbered copper plate, 2TB storage, cosmetic condition, functionality, matching controller, camera, stand, headset, original cables, and current market demand. Select your options above to see your offer.
How do I identify the 500 Million Limited Edition?
Look for a translucent dark-blue three-tier PS4 Pro with copper detailing and a commemorative copper plate on the front. The plate should display a unique limited-edition number from the worldwide production of 50,000 units.
How do I confirm that the console has 2TB of storage?
Open Settings → Storage → System Storage. The displayed usable capacity will be lower than 2TB because system software and other required files use part of the internal hard drive.
Does the limited-edition serial number affect the offer?
The numbered copper plate confirms the console’s limited-edition identity. A missing, altered, or damaged plate may reduce its value or prevent it from being classified as the 500 Million Limited Edition.
Do I need to include the matching controller, camera, and stand?
These items were included in the original limited-edition bundle and help preserve its value. Missing the matching stock controller, PlayStation Camera, vertical stand, mono headset, or required cables may lower the offer.
Can I sell the console without its original box?
Yes. The original collector’s box is not required for Like New, Good, Fair, or Damaged consoles. However, Brand New condition requires the console to be factory sealed in its original box.
Will extra controllers increase my quote?
No. Extra controllers do not add value. The original matching translucent dark-blue DualShock 4 contributes to the bundle’s value, and not including it lowers the offer.
Do I need to include the 500 Million Gold Wireless Headset?
No. The Gold Wireless Headset was sold separately and was not part of the original PS4 Pro bundle. The original bundle included a matching mono headset instead.
Did the original bundle include a game?
No. The original 500 Million Limited Edition PS4 Pro bundle did not include a game. Remove any game disc from the console before shipping.
Can I sell a damaged 500 Million Limited Edition PS4 Pro?
Eligibility and value depend on the damage. Accurately report cracks in the translucent shell, serial-plate damage, disc-reading failures, broken ports, controller or camera problems, overheating, water damage, missing parts, and power issues.
How long is my quote valid?
Your online quote is locked for 15 days. Ship your device within that period to keep the quoted price locked.
How do I get paid, and how fast?
Choose PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, check, e-check, or an Amazon gift card. Payment is sent within 1 business day after testing is complete and your order is ready for payment.
What if I do not agree with the final offer?
If you decline an adjusted offer, we will return your device and cover the return shipping cost.
