LG G7 Plus ThinQ
In June 2018, LG released two smartphones in its flagship G-series – The G7 ThinQ and the G7+ ThinQ. By the way, ThinQ here is pronounced "thin" + "Q" separately and not as a single word.
The G7 ThinQ had the most recent Snapdragon processor. That was worth rejoicing over. Even more, LG decided not to experiment with this one and followed the trend of modern smartphones, as you'll see in its specs.
The most prominent features of the G7 are its display, camera, and processor. It sports a FullVision display with an aspect ratio of 19:5:9 for a 6.1inch screen.
LG added the "ThinQ" title to its smartphones to highlight the AI features of their camera. And, of course, the latest Snapdragon 845 Soc, as at its time of launch, was a big deal.
As a flagship device, you can expect every flagship feature to be present on the G7+. This is especially true because LG followed the trends completely, but at the same time, they maintained some of the unique features that it from other phones, like its Quad digital to analog converter and headphone jack which certifies it audiophile-grade.
For those who love to swim, you can take your G7+ ThinQ with you. Its IP68 rating ensures that it is resistant to water, dust, and shock. The device's durability is beyond question.
One notable feature of the G7+ ThinQ is its price. Flagship devices are known to be expensive, and the G7+ has a flagship price tag. However, it went for about $750 when it was launched and is even cheaper now without cutting any corners.
You don't have to endure older LG smartphones, not when you can sell your used devices and upgrade to the G7+. Contact Gizmogo if you'd like to upgrade or sell your LG G7+ ThinQ.
LG G7 Plus ThinQ Specifications
Design info: The G7+ has a simple build, almost rectangular if not for the slightly curved corners. Like the V30, it comes in Moroccan Blue, Raspberry Rose, Platinum Grey, and a new Aurora Black.
The phone has a metal frame sandwiched by slabs of glass. The glass both in front and at the back is Gorilla 5 protected. The metal frame not only strengthens the phone but also has I-beam construction that disbands shock when there is a sudden fall and makes the device shock resistant.
This device feels comfortable and easy to operate with one hand despite its 6.1-inch screen size. This is because it is not as wide as other flagships and not extremely tall either.
There is a controversial notch on top of the screen, which houses the selfie camera, a blinking LED, and an earpiece grille. Its bezels are thin, which is expected of a flagship today.
It has its power button on its right side, is volume buttons on the left with a dedicated Google Lens button. Interestingly, the SIM card and microSD card slot are on top. It has a single speaker underneath next to the USB Type-C port and headphone jack.
Audio info: The sound from the loudspeaker is loud, crisp, and deep. Audio quality is impressive and barely affected by an increase in volume.

This camera can take detailed pictures with good scene recognition owing to the AI introduced into the camera. The camera has a super bright mode that takes good pictures in low light.
