In space no one can hear you cry … the first film in the series, Alien (1979).This year, in the world of ever-changing technology, ASUS again led the field with its Always Incredible launch event, which announced the availability of its revolutionary Copilot+ PCs and a range of other AI innovations ahead of Computex 2024 in Taiwan. The event was billed as signalling the ‘rise of ubiquitous AI’ by the company, which exudes a vision of ‘Ubiquitous AI’.

ASUS Embarks on an AI Journey

The centrepiece of ASUS’s announcement is the Copilot+ PC series with its 45+ TOPS (trillion operations per second) NPU (neuronal processing unit) AI engine capable of local AI processing, part of the company’s Ubiquitous AI strategy to provide AI to everyone, everywhere: the cloud, the edge, but everywhere in between.

Introducing the Zenbook S 16 and ProArt Innovations

At the event, they revealed the super-thin, light laptop Zenbook S 16 made from Ceraluminium, a ceramic hybrid material derived from nature. Yet Zenbook S16 is extremely powerful, packing its brain with the latest AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor.

The next-gen pro creative monitors ASUS ProArt series, such as ProArt P16 and PX13 laptops, are designed for a new generation of creators. It’s powered by the next-gen AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor, up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 graphics, and featuring an exclusive NPU to process 50TOPS efficiently, resulting in a new standard of AI creativity and flexibility like never before.

Gaming Gets a Boost with ASUS TUF

ASUS designed the TUF A16 and TUF A14 laptops to help gamers experience each moment of their gaming adventures in full detail with high refresh rate G-SYNC displays, Dolby Atmos audio, advanced connectivity options and more.

The Dawn of the Most Intelligent PCs Ever

According to ASUS, these new Copilot+ PCs are the fastest and smartest Windows PCs ever, setting a new standard for computing with AI-optimised Windows, co-developed with leaders in the industry including AMD, Intel, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Qualcomm. ASUS is the first to offer a premium AI experience across the gaming, productivity, enterprise, and creator PC portfolios.

Innovative Software Solutions: StoryCube and MuseTree

ASUS additionally included software innovations including StoryCube, an AI photo and video organising library, and MuseTree, a generative AI tool touted to unlock creativity in ‘new ways’.

AI-Enhanced Security

Security is equally important here, with Adaptive Lock, for example, using the ASUS AI-Sense IR camera to sense the user’s presence and prevent unwanted access to your computer.
